Day 01
Arrive to Paro Airport after the stunning and spectacular view of majestic Himalaya Mountains through flights. Our representative shall receive and welcome to Bhutan with the event of simple Bhutanese’s style and culture.
Travel to Thimphu, the Modern capital town of Bhutan.

The simple village of Bhutan as view and so far, further understood by visitors is the capital city of Bhutan. It has becomes the world’s most fascinating destinations with rare surprise and awestruck feature such as like without traffic lights. Why not, who would not wonder and needed to experience it? Its real location is situated in the western central part of Bhutan. Day 02
Visit to Buddha point.
Huge statue of Sakyamuni Buddha, majestically located on top of Kuensel Phodran hill, is a 51.5 meters bronze in height, thus, making it one of the largest statues of Buddha in the world. The statue is made of bronze and is gilded in gold; also its body is filled with over one hundred thousand smaller statues of Buddha. Its ancient prophecy otherwise, is said to emanate an aura of peace and happiness to the entire world.
Visit to simply Bhutan.
It is the interactive living museum and a photo studio introducing and portraying especially the glimpse aspects of Bhutanese traditional life. It is aimed to preserve and promote the rich cultural and tradition diversity through youths’ initiative and interaction. The visit shall introduce to learn and understand how to make and distil ara (local wine), dress up in traditional clothes, try it out national game archery and will hear songs sung by Bhutanes women as they build house out of squeezed earth.
Visit to centenary vegetable Market
It is introduced as the farmers’ university, to sell their various organic products, is located below the main town of Thimphu, near the Wangchhu River. The healthy vegetables cultivated by the famers are display to enjoy the freshness. It is the weekend, largest domestic market for the famers. They gathered from all across the country with their seasonal products.
Visit to Folk Heritage Museum
The museum explores and provides visitors and tourists with fascinating insights into the Bhutanese material cultural and the way of life. It is the 19th century, traditional house with Bhutanese architectural design with the duration of more than 150 years. It is three storied building, built by using local raw materials such as like crammed earth and timber. The ground floor shows alike barn, the upper floor is such like safe store and the top most resembles living and dining area. Around vicinity, it also includes paddy, wheat and millet fields, watermill, kitchen gardens, hot stone bath etc.
Visit to National Memorial Chorten
Chorten literally means “Seat of Faith.” For Buddhists, symbolically it represents the “Mind of Buddha.” It was built in 1974 with Buddhist architectural design and artwork as a memorial to the Late Third King, Jigme Dorji Wangchuk.
For many elderly Bhutanese, throughout the day, they circumambulate the chorten from right to left direction, whirl the prayer wheels with enchanting sounds; also pray and worship to the shrine inside chorten daily. Thus, they do these to regret their misdeed and sins, seeking repentance and particularly, these acts of virtues are all meant and dedicated not to self alone, but to the well being of all the sentient being in this world. Also, it is said that, depending upon your faith and prayer, your wish is fulfilled.
Visit to Institute of Zorig Chusum.
To promote traditional and cultural preservation, students are trained for six-year courses on the 13 traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan. Students are specializing in Painting (Thangkhas, painting religious pictures using on canvas), woodcarving (mask, statues, bowls), embroidery (boots, clothes) or statue-making (clay).

Punakha
Day 03
It was the capital of ancient Bhutan. This place is significant because it was the place where the first hereditary king of Bhutan was elected in 1907. Also, for the first time, the first session of the Kingdom’s National Assembly was held. Currently, it is the winter residence for the monks and the Chief Abbot. It is famous for its natural hot springs and the gentle terrace, also with immense wealth of flora and fauna. Because of abundant rain falls, it allows cultivation of different varieties of crops.
Rafting on the Punakha’s Mochu River provides tourists with adventures and unique opportunity to enjoy the valley and its landscapes. [Rafting doesn’t include in the itinerary.]
Travel to Punakha via the Dochu La Pass, stop for a while, and enjoy the views of chortens and Himalayas. Dochula pass is located on the way to Punakha from Thimphu. It is the popular location among tourists as it offers the magnificent scenic view of Himalayan mountain range. Her Majesty Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuk has commissioned to construct 108 chortens on the hill top, in an honor of His Majesty the fourth King, Jigme Singye Wangchuk.
Visit chimi Lhakhang (Temple of Fertility), built in the 15th century by the ‘Divine Mad Man’ (Lama Drukpa Kuenley).
Chimi Lhakhang is a Buddhist monastery in Punakha District. Located near Lobesa, it stands on a hill top, was built in the year 1499 by Ngawang Choegyel, after the site was blessed by the saint Drukpa Kunely popularly known as “Divine Madman.”
It is said that the site was blessed by Lam Drukpa Kunley while subduing a demon with his magic thunderbolt of wisdom and trapped it in a rock. His unusual ways of teaching Buddhism such as through singing songs, sex and humor with outrageous behavior were his special means.
Visit Punakha Dzong the most iconic Temple in Bhutan.
It is one of the unique and majestic architectural structures, built by the Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in the 17th century, located the confluence of these two rivers: Pho Chhu (male) and Mo Chhu (female). It is defines as the “Place of Great Happiness or Bliss.”

Day 04
Valley with specialty, known as Rice Bowel of Bhutan, has both modern and ancient reasons of structure. Not only, has it been the palace to the great sages and home to some of the most significant temples in the Kingdom but also boasts only Bhutan’s only international airport.
Visit Taktsang Monastry
The name Taktsang means “The Tiger’s Nest.” It is a prominent Himalayan Buddhist sacred site, perched on the side of the cliff. It is said that the Guru Rinpoche has arrived on the back of the tigress for meditation. He has meditated in the cave for 3 years, 3 months, 3 days and 3 hours in order to subdue evil demons residing within it.
Taktsang Lhakhang is located approximately 10 km north of Paro and it takes around 2-3 hours while hiking.
Visit kichu Lhakhag en route back from Takstang.
It is one of the oldest and most beautiful temples in Bhutan. The temple is popularly believed to have been built 7th century by the Tibetan Emperor Songtsan Gampo. In the 8th century the temple was visited by Padmasambhava and it is believed he concealed many spiritual treasures.Overnight at Paro
